Shipping policy

Although during normal times, orders generally arrive in 5 - 12 business days, please be prepared for delays during the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the pandemic, our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. 

Depending on the product, it may take up to 21 days for it to arrive. This is because some products can take up to 12 business days to be created and to ship. And, once they begin the shipping process, products then take another 3 - 5 days to arrive (in the US). Not all products take this long to be created and to arrive. But, please expect delays.

This will not always be the case, and your business is greatly appreciated.

Although, during this time, it can take longer to receive your product, it will be delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, the entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
